Tennent is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tennent follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I started getting my fertilizer and grass seed from R&P about three years ago. My lawn looks so much better than it did when I was using the brands of seed and fertilizer you get at the big box stores. Plus, they are always willing to answer questions and give advice. I highly recommend R&P!

Great place to pick up bags of fertilizer and lime. Have a good selection of herbicides/fungicides inside as well. Guys at the front counter have been helpful each time I've been in.

Just went there for the first time today. I am a new homeowner and was left with a septic repair mess!!! I know nothing about lawns, but Daryl was GREAT and knowledgeable and eased my worries!!! He answered all my questions and helped me develop a plan on how I am going to do this upcoming lawn renovation!!! I was definitely impressed by their professionalism and willing to help a lost homeowner!!! I am def going back the next two months and I am confident Daryl and the staff will guide me through this process!!!! I went to another landscaping supply store nearby and they basically weren’t helpful to homeowners and only dealt with contractors. Reed and Perrine were the complete opposite and were very supportive, I will 100% be giving them all my future business!!! I have been watching a lot of lawn YouTube videos, so once I fix my septic area, I am def going back to get all my yearly fertilizers and herbicides!!! Thanks Daryl for being sooo helpful!!!!!! :)

Best selection in the area of highly rated NTEP grass seeds. I overseeded my lawn in early Fall using their Tri-Fescue blend and the seeds are germinating at a high rate and my lawn is starting to look great again. Their prices are also very competitive for the quality of product they have. My only request is to have even more of a selection of top rated NTEP grasses such as Avenger II, 4TH MILLENNIUM, Reflection, Regenerate, TITANIUM 2LS, etc. and to have a current list of available seeds at the counter. Will be returning next Fall for more seeds!

Very professional and helpful. I called needing info and they answered my questions and said they’d be happy to help. When I arrived they loaded and made certain my load was proper size. They Christina from office did a double ck, took the shovel from me and leveled out the load even more. Great product, good prices , worth the drive .
